We truly appreciate your support and trust in our faith-based brand. Every item is made to order with care and purpose through our trusted production partner, Printful. Because of this, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order Items
All our products are custom-printed on demand.
This means that each order is uniquely made for you once you place it — we do not keep inventory.
As a result, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Wrong size or color chosen
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Incorrect address entered at checkout
Please double-check your order details before submitting.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your order number
Photos showing the issue clearly
A short description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll coordinate a replacement or refund through Printful at no extra cost to you.
3. Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:
Check your tracking link (sent via email after shipping).
If tracking shows no updates for over 10 business days, contact us at [insert email].
We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement if necessary.
Please note: CrucibleCo is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages.
4. Order Cancellations
Because each product is printed and fulfilled individually, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately after placing your order — we’ll try our best to stop production if possible.
5. Return Shipping
Do not return any items directly to Printful or to the address on your package.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return or replacement is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions by email.
